School of teacher in the second district of Karaj, Iran
Abstract
The researcher school is the junction of various forms of educational research to advance the idea of research and learning for all. Due to the increase of information in the present age and the corona crises that we have faced, the use of electronic facilities and virtual education has become very important. The purpose of this study is to improve the professional competence of teachers in cyberspace. The problem is lack of motivation and sufficient knowledge of doing research in cyberspace among colleagues. Therefore, the challenges and obstacles facing the study should be identified and raised as much as possible and the level of acceptance of this project among colleagues should be promoted. The method was quantitative content analysis and its statistical population was all research teachers in District Two of Karaj. Accordingly, using scientific methods to obtain the necessary data, the standard questionnaire "Survey of distance learning attitudes" was used. Data were analyzed using the six-stringer method to identify the factors influencing the problem and find suggested solutions. Research findings showed; The use of strategies such as: holding periodic meetings to share knowledge, exchange views and values, etc., reduces the challenges and obstacles to improving the professional competence of teachers and increases their motivation and desire to study.
