The relationship between future-oriented leadership and managers' team acceptance: testing the mediating role of open innovation Case of study: principals of elementary school in West Azerbaijan provinc

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to investigate the relationship between future-oriented leadership and managers' team acceptance with the mediating role of open innovation. The research method of this research is descriptive-correlation type of structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the research consists of all the principals of the elementary level of West Azerbaijan province in the academic year of 1401-1402, and 350 people were selected as a sample using the Morgan table and stratified random sampling. To collect data, three standard questionnaires of Soltani managers' team acceptance, Kanger and Kanango's future-oriented leadership, and Rutter et al.'s innovation were used. The research data were analyzed after collection using Spss and Amos software. The results showed that the relationship between future-oriented leadership and managers' team acceptance and open innovation is positive and significant.
