Effectiveness of Teacher's Positive Behavioral Techniques on the Level of Violence Among Primary School Students in Natanz City

Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of using positive behavioral techniques to reduce the level of violence among male and female teachers in Natanz primary schools. The research method was semi-experimental. The statistical population was 200 male and female teachers of Natanz city and the sample size was 132 according to Morgan's table. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, which was modified in order to determine the reliability of the test using the Cronbach's alpha method and also to determine the validity after conducting interviews with experts, and the alpha of the questionnaire was found to be above 78%. In order to analyze the data, Levin's test was used, and then Friedman's test was employed to rank these factors using spss18 software, and finally, the results of the hypothesis test indicated that the teachers' positive communication method has an influence on the reduction of the bullying of male and female primary teachers. Meanwhile, the responsibility and freedom played the greatest impact on reducing the bullying of male and female elementary teachers.
