Abstract

Background and Objectives: This study employed a descriptive-correlational design to examine the structural model of knowledge management based on the creativity of elementary school teachers with the ‎mediation of organizational intelligence.
Methodology: The statistical population of the study included all elementary school teachers in Shahriar County in the ‎academic year 1403-1404, 2542 people, of whom 334 were selected as samples using the multi-stage cluster ‎sampling method. The Newman and Conrad Knowledge Management Questionnaire (2000), Randsip's Creativity Short Form (1979), and the Albrecht Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire (2003) were used ‎to collect data. The instruments demonstrated satisfactory validity and reliability coefficients. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).
Findings: The findings indicated that knowledge management had a direct and positive effect on teachers' ‎creativity. Also, the direct effect of knowledge management on organizational intelligence was also positive ‎and significant. In addition, organizational intelligence had a direct and significant effect on teachers' ‎creativity. The results of the path analysis showed that knowledge management through organizational ‎intelligence had an indirect and significant effect on teachers' creativity. The t-statistic values related to the ‎beta coefficients were also significant at the 0.05 significance level. Overall, the proposed research model had a ‎good fit and all the model paths were confirmed.
Conclusion: According to the research findings, knowledge management can provide the basis for enhancing teachers' ‎creativity by strengthening organizational intelligence. Also, both knowledge management and ‎organizational intelligence play an important role in increasing teachers' creativity; therefore, it is suggested ‎to education professionals to provide the basis for increasing teachers' creativity by designing training ‎courses related to the development of knowledge management, strengthening organizational intelligence, and ‎creating a dynamic work environment.‎
